Unfortunately that's exactly what is happening with ReCaptcha checking for Google cookies.
- pacamara619 6y agoI'm not sure I follow. Cookies are stored in the client.
- slig 6y agoYes, but they are only set by Google's server if the user has some sort of reputation (logged in on a Google account, visited Google before with cookies enabled, etc).
