Huh from my perspective there’s a crap ton of houses being built...
- sjg007 6y agoI don’t mean this in a bad way at all. I’m just surprised that it’s a return to normal vs growth. Where I live though you can build with 3% down. I was surprised to see the remaining lots in my development sell out quickly.
