- booboolayla 6y agoComments like the one you're replying to always make me think - is a popular democracy truly the way to go? If that truly is the case, then our education needs to become the polar opposite of what it is today, because today it is obviously churning out angry ignoramuses willing to criticize their own country into oblivion, as well as happily vote to undermine their own country's security.
- notsureaboutpg 6y agoA lot of the anti-West axis grievances were caused by the intelligence agencies. The Iranian passenger plane downed by bad US intelligence. The Iraq War started on bad intelligence. I'm sure there are others... Maybe don't abdicate intelligence. But since that government body has seen huge failures over the past decade doesn't it make sense to cut their budget significantly?
