- dstick 6y agoI remember reading this somewhere as well. If I recall correctly it was called something like “compound skills”. Could have been... Linchpin.

- dredmorbius 6y agoThere is the notion of skill shapes. Typically, I, T, M (sometimes Π, N, or E), and X (describing leadership), sometimes dash ("—", pure generalist), also tree. The idea being to have some mix of depth and breadth.
