- svachalek 6y agoThese days nothing is purely static and very little is purely interactive/dynamic. However most sites lean clearly to one side or the other, no judgment call or personal defensiveness required.
- ClumsyPilot 6y agoMost sites straddle the muddy line in-between, or start off as webpages and mutate into web-apps over time as more functionality gets added on.
