How can I short this?

  Usually, there is a 'no short' window after IPO. It is better to buy put options as it limits your downside risk. Unless you are a big dog (can actually effect the market). Then shorting is better because you can force the price in your favor.

      You can only get them after they eventually IPO.

        I believe there is a wait time before options are available on new listings also
