Who exists to enforce the rules? Contracts? Etc. I feel like this sounds great on the surface, but is quite flawed.

- zaptrem 6y agoAgreed. Lawyers (and by extension, the legal system) must exist to ensure order and keep the system fair for as many people as possible. They don’t always achieve that goal, but removing them entirely would make things 100x worse. My favorite example is the ACLU.
