I'd like to see Uber provide anything close to the value that the public school or transit system does to LA.

- monadic2 6y agoSure, albeit in some concrete context where the processes, structures, and effects of transportation and education can be adequately compared in order to interpret the valuing to begin with. The above commenter was clearly not interested in having a discussion about what they value in order to see this evident superiority, though, so I didn't see any point in pressing the conversation further.
