Did you `pip install fastbook`? TPU runtime is slow since there is currently no TPU support (it's upcoming). Please share your issues on forums.fast.ai and I bet the community will help you get up and running very quickly :) EDIT: I just tried the Colab notebook and it worked successfully for me. We can discuss on the forums if you want.
