- rightbyte 6y agoYe but imagine how dangerous airtravel would be if the safety routines were on level with road travel procedures (i.e. one checkup a year and pretravel routines always ignored).

- rightbyte 6y agoYes. I say when people e.g. compare paragliding to traffic dangers, "imagine taking those precautions you do before paragliding when walking over the road". It is just different things and the statistics doesn't tell you much about the danger from doing it.
