So lower the price of big trips and raise the price of small trips until thing balance out?

  We tried. The drivers revolted when we changed fares because they didn’t want things to change. Remember humans are irrational beings. Most were longtime drivers and knew historical fare. We just couldn’t get them to change their mindset.
