Just because two cases can be abstracted to "monopoly on their own product" does not mean they are the same. Otherwise we'd already know the outcome from the US vs MS case.

I am not sure of the source of that link but it is the only one I can find on the first page of DDG that suggests Apple has more than 50% of the smartphone market. Statcounter is based on web analytics [1] and thus measures browser usage, not device sales. Market research firms indicate Apple has 46% of the smartphone market by devices sold. [2] Also, the outcome in the Microsoft case was predicated on them having 90% market share in the operating system market at the time, which does not apply here.
