I experience that too, and only when I ponder the universe and ultimate questions like “why is there something rather than nothing?” It is a strange feeling that comes fast, some feeling of absurdity of it all mixed with the pain that we humans will maybe never be able to answer such questions, and it feels like a strange panic attack, felt both in the body and brain. I take solace in some way that I am not alone in this and that there are other groups of trillions of atoms somewhere else in spacetime pondering the same questions with the same intensity.
