I kind of agree with this advice, because, I am using it at present, and we are really moving fast. The most valuable thing is your ideas but only in the present. Ideas are living things that unsmart with time... The more you shape things, the less freedom you will give to yourself about the future. Ideas are moving things in the head and should be kept like this. Stick to just one month planning ahead is largely enought. Like best code is no code at all, over-planning is just wasting time.
