Although, I think the idea of the universe simply "bouncing around for infinity amount of time" lends a lot of otherwise unintuitive epistemological intuitions around ecological circuitry. There's a lot to be said to for how conceiving of things circuitously rather than linearly provides space for things which would otherwise end up elided.
