Smart watches are pretty powerful these days, but you'd have to go pretty far back to find a supercomputer with comparable performance
- TheSpiceIsLife 6y agoYou know there are people still alive who were mature age adults in 1975? Thr Cray-1 had 8.39 megabytes of RAM and 303 megabytes of storage.
- sp332 6y agoYou can add another decade and a half onto that. 1991's Cray C90 peaked at 8 gigaflops, which is in the ballpark of an Apple Watch (series 5).
