Yeah, I was trying to use "conspiracy theory" in the most neutral way possible. It's an interesting theory, I'd like to see more reporting on it. He's certainly outspoken and active, which doesn't make him wrong by any stretch; in fact, it probably means he's one of the most informed on these matters (which of course doesn't mean unbiased).
