I think "customer" in this context just means an Apple customer, which they obviously are if they have old and new Macs.

- cmckn 6y agoFair. I still think this person is being very selective with the facts of the matter; despite Apple not being incredibly nice, I don't think they're unreasonable in the way he implies.
