I use a different laptop for each job that I have. (Only two, don't worry.) I keep a minimum amount of things on my phone so that I can't do "real work" on my mobile device, but I can get alerts and people can reach me to see if I'm available to help with problems. Anyways, when you're done for the day close the laptop. I know that's difficult, but you can do it.
