I know this is a 8 day old comment but I just wanted to say it is fantastic. I've had the unfortunate situation of graduating and only ending up in workplace that treat the new guy with content only. But after managing myself I'm in a position where a new guy start soon and I'll definitely keep this in mind when I interact with him!
