- nodesocket 6y agoMicrosoft is not like the Microsoft of past. They are admittedly (coming from an Apple enthusiast) eons more acquisition friendly and technology driven (vs business driven).
- scruffyherder 6y agoMy danger sidekick says otherwise.
- Closi 6y agoHand on heart, do you believe Danger would still be around producing smartphones if they weren’t acquired?
- scruffyherder 6y agoYes, they could have had a chance too expand the platform and evolve. The sidekick also ran NetBSD, they weren’t crippled with crappy embedded OS like other devices of the time.
