California already has variable pricing. It is the main driver for solar installations in the Central Valley.
- WalterBright 6y agoIf there are rolling blackouts in the evenings, the price differential is not large enough. It has to be large enough to motivate people to change their behavior, invest in variable thermostats, etc.
