Apple doesn’t get 30% when retailers sell iTunes gift cards.
- joekrill 6y agoBut they do once the consumer spends that gift card. So charing 30% for the gift card would sort of be charging the Apple tax twice, wouldn't it?
- username3 6y agoIf retailers get 20% of a $100 iTunes gift card, then Apple gets $10, the developer gets $70, and the retailer gets $20. Epic should sell iTunes gift cards.
