Don't plan on working a full day. You have to take breaks to recharge. Don't feel guilty about this. Don't feel bad about letting tasks slip. The initial task is to learn what you should really do. If it's new development, this can take quite a long time. Don't estimate the happy path. Yes if you already knew how to do it, it would take 2 hours to write the code. Estimate for the learning and the unhappy path. Six hats is kind of dumb, don't take it too seriously, but there is something useful there: Plan to spend time planning, doing, testing, task managing, communicating. Like really plan for it.
