I don't see it like that. Instead you have to engineer your project around the weaknesses. This is one of the fun challenges of using BuildCraft. Of course, I can see how this frustrates server owners, who have to deal with all those users who don't know how to use it correctly (or who use it in the wrong way in order to troll or blackhat).
