There's a legitimate difference between being blocked conceptually (writer's block) and thoughtfully taking the time to find just the right words to express your intentions succinctly and elegantly. I've tooled over a three page manuscript for days--not because I was suffering from lack of creativity, but rather, in the interest of continual refinement.
