Don’t be so confident that your ranking/personalisation products are universally appreciated
- mgraczyk 6y agoFortunately I have mountains of data and do not have to trust anecdote and comments. Almost all users self-report higher satisfaction and they behave in ways consistent with strongly preferring personalization.
