I have a hard time believing this study. Anecdotally - I have about 10 years experience in assisted living homes (read early stages for dementia and Alzheimer's) and I can't think of a single dementia resident that wasn't thin as a rail. I also can't recall a single overweight resident that had dementia. Grain of salt and all that.
