We ordered and didn't hear anything back for a while, but then once we got an email saying they "accepted" our order, it shipped very quickly. My wife had a question because they packaged things different than what we expected and they got back to us within an hour. Which is to say, yes we also had slow service from them at the start of lockdown, but after things eased up a bit, they were very responsive.
