I'd love to learn more about your thoughts on this. I've built Arcentry (https://arcentry.com/ https://arcentry.com/) and we've tried to pivot into Industrial Monitoring and Control (see https://vimeo.com/supralayer https://vimeo.com/supralayer), but ultimately had to abandon the idea do to complexities in the data layer.
