Isn't Tegra their mobile chip?

It's "mobile" as in cars and robots. It's not mobile as in cell phones.

It's also in the Nintendo Switch :)

Only the older chip series they could not sell to tablet makers. The newer chips are too power hungry for mobile and are targeted at automotive where Nvidia has gotten traction. Nintendo better hope Nvidia has something new coming up in time for a next generation.

It might happen with a process shrink but that remains to be seen.

Tegra started out as their mobile chip, but has evolved into their robotics/automotive/industrial-SoC platform through the Jetson series of modules which are alive and well. [Sidenote: this has resulted in the hilariousness of taking an Android kernel and development infrastructure and them slowly trying to make it back into something that looks like a normal Linux system. Their board support package is a hot mess, but gets used in real products because the hardware actually works well. A software company NVidia is not.]
