It seems like a lot of disagreements stem from assuming shared definitions.
- mettamage 6y agoThat statement cuts so deep. In my experience, this is true for all communication. I've experienced multiple times that I'm not speaking the same Dutch (native) or English (second language) as the other person and it's always quite an upsetting realization.
