Would be interesting to compare this RethinkDB release performance against a modern time series database like Timescale[1].

- akulkarni 6y agoIt's a good question. In general we've found that it's hard to beat a purpose-built time-series database like TimescaleDB for time-series workloads, but I would also like to see a thorough comparison with Rethink. :-) (I work at TimescaleDB.)
