It's the strategy used by literally ever beginner blogger I've come across. Not saying it's bad but I'm not sure why there's a whole article about it.

- site-packages1 6y agoMore nuanced than that, I think. Brainstorming things you wish existed and writing about them doesn’t completely overlap with taking searches you’ve actually done and have ended up difficult to complete because of a lack or disparity of information and writing the solution.
