I live in an apartment in Passaic County, NJ. My ISP, Optimum, has a monopoly on this group of apartments. They take advantage of this to charge $75/month for plain broadband Internet service, which is about 50% more than the average Internet service (including Verizon FIOS) costs in the nearby area. Just sayin'.
