Don't you have unlimited data plans in the US? Or local Wimax ISPs?
- crocodiletears 6y agoI can't speak for the rest of the nation, but a couple years ago the big ISPs in the midwest started phasing in 1tb data caps.
- Alupis 6y agoPretty hard to eat up a 1TB Monthly Data Cap using a cell phone (the OP's situation).
- crocodiletears 6y agoYou're right, totally missed that.
- francis_t_catte 6y agodoesn't matter if there's no LTE (or even 4G) out there.
- aidenn0 6y ago4G is very hit or miss geographically, and "unlimited" data plans tend to throttle you at usage as low as 2GB/mo, and will refuse to renew your contact if you use too much too regularly (now that contacts are rare, that often means justa few consecutive months over an unwritten amount will get you terminated.
