That is one definition of tertiary explosive, set off by secondary explosive, set off by primary flame source... Ouch. I've done shipyard work. A lot of care was taken (on average) to ensure sparks and castoff didn't affect adjacent work even a couple of feet away. Causing a chain reaction in a warehouse? Damn.
