- klausa 6y agoYou and I must have different definitions of "preventing someone from doing something", if yours doesn't include filing for injunctions.
- tomthe 6y agoObviously they try to prevent the formation of a worker's council as much as possible. If they did anything more, managers would face jail, as it is punished quite hard to prevent the formation of a worker's council in Germany.
- pjmlp 6y agoWhile you are correct, there are some law firms that help making it into a reality, naturally that isn't mentioned publicly. There are some Betriebsrat trainings where this kind of issues gets talked about, and what are the legal means to counter-attack them.
- intellirogue 6y agoThey tried pretty damn hard to prevent it, filing two injunctions and calling the police on the election meeting...
