I'm based in the UK and we had UK newspaper website stories (Daily Mail, The Sun, The Independent and others which are on both the left and the right sides of politics) about Cannon Hinnant here before there were results on those US websites. In fact the only reason why I'm aware of this zero results issue is because people started posting "Why are UK newspapers reporting this but not our own US media?". So I checked for myself and sure enough zero results. I'd suggest that if something has been reported internationally and locally but not nationally that something strange is happening.
