What does putting it over an LCD achieve?
- kube-system 6y agoLCDs filter light, so using one, you'd be able to get black?
- StavrosK 6y agoCouldn't you just put a piece of black plastic behind the transparent OLED to do the same?
- kube-system 6y agoYes, but you've now created a non-transparent OLED display, which already exists.
- StavrosK 6y agoOh, you mean a transparent LCD display, I see now.
- kube-system 6y agoTechnically LCDs are all transparent, if we're not counting the backlight. https://youtu.be/cEhZ7fUSxDw?t=33 https://youtu.be/cEhZ7fUSxDw?t=33
