Imagine Epic doing the same, with a 20% cut through the Epic Game Store, for PC games. And to ensure they are the Gatekeeper, they pay guarantees to Publishers/Developers to exclude retail and other platforms. Oopps... They do exactly this. This is not to defend Apple nor Google. But Epic is by no means better, just not as big as A/G.
