Over the top cynicism doesn't help. Biden isn't the second coming of Jesus, but to suggest he and Trump are the same kind of politician as Trump, or that his cabinet and appointees will be of the same kind as Trump's, is insanity. Trump is the first president we've had who behaves as he does. Nixon, who wasn't nearly as corrupt, felt compelled to resign because he thought the Republicans of his time wouldn't back him up. Things have changed. And if they change for the worse they can also change for the better. Democrats (and Republicans) are domestic terror groups? Was Obama a terrorist by your estimation? Carter? And the cure for this is a military coup? When has that ever worked? False equivalency and hyperbole ensure things don't get better.
