- metiscus 6y agoUnless they somehow are suing Epic directly, it would be ill advised to submit paperwork in response to a claim that does not address the specific claims made.
- Rebelgecko 6y agoThis looks pretty similar to a lawsuit that was filed against them last year by individual developers, so they probably already do have paperwork to respond to accusations re: Sherman Antitrust Act and CA competition laws
- catsarebetter 6y agoI'm not mad at this though, they really do have a monopoly with their marketplace and it's killing the growth of the mobile app industry.
