- rch 6y agoStill good for shorthand, locations, coordinating communication by other means, and the like.
- hackerman123469 6y agoWhat counts as a character? 1 ASCII or 1 Unicode? If Unicode then just use Chinese and you can express a lot in the span of 40 characters.
