- probinso 6y agoI haven't seen everybody get paid the same. But I have worked in places where all incomes are known to all employees. Typically this makes the range of incomes more narrow. Everyone liked the environments that it created. When a person got a substantial raise as a reward for a significantcompletion, you could identify what that completion was and make a case to do something similar for a similar type of raise.
