- actuator 6y agoI think he was commenting on the fact, as to how a lot of rich Chinese have properties, money saved abroad as a backup option. If you cut off that, they will feel more suffocated. Forget mainland Chinese, even HK officials have put safety options either in terms of their spouse nationalities or properties.
