That's good to hear and MS is doing the right thing, but this is not the case at many other companies.
- mips_avatar 6y agoThey could probably do more to make it an integrated experience (manager had no idea these things were happening). But I think Microsoft is trying to make people feel like they belong. If these events weren’t going on only CS graduates from top 20 CS schools would feel like they deserve to be there.
