- wmeredith 16y agoI'm pretty sure it was the arguably-wrong nitpick combined with crappy grammar that sunk it. I try not to down-vote just for differing opinions from my own, although my emotions do get the better of me occasionally. However, if I see bad grammar it's just automatic.
- kami8844 16y agoI'm a foreigner so that maybe explains why I can't relate to what you're saying, but does omitting the 'the' at the beginning of my phrase really make it bad grammar? I imagine it colloquial speech.
