Hong Kong goods for export to U.S. to be labelled made in China
- mytailorisrich 6y agoI though they were already labelled "HK, China", or "HK, SAR" because China itself wants to make it clear, although 'SAR' probably means nothing to most people. In any case this sounds like PR spin from the US more than anything else.
- Proven 6y agoSo what if they are "already" labeled as made in China? The article is specifically about removing "Hong Kong" (HK, SAR HK, whatever) from labels of HK-made goods imported to the US. We'll see how the "PR spin" impacts buyers of products that are never sourced from Russia, China and such countries.
