We shouldn't engage with it directly on it terms, only as a crystal clear example of how disingenuously lobbyists will use "technically correct" marginal criticisms. Not to defeat progress/clean-energy, but simply to slow it down by tying us all up in "debate". It should also clearly be noted that this is on forbes.com, who has openly embraced being the go to place for lobbyists to publish this type of thing.
